This site has no accounts, no comment forms and no advertising trackers. We don't set cookies.
- Who we are: CRM Cost Compare is run by Kris Millar, a sole trader in the UK, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC287985. Contact [email protected].
- Email: messages to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox (Google).
- Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Visitor numbers: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It doesn't set cookies or build a profile of you, and we only see totals such as visits per page.
- Clicks on links to providers: we count clicks on links to providers to see which pages are useful. Each count holds only the date, the edition (UK), the tool and the part of the site the link was on. There are no cookies, and no personal data such as your IP address or browser details is kept.
- If you email us, we use your name, email and message only to reply, and keep them for up to 24 months.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
