These terms cover using CRM Cost Compare. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
Who runs the site
CRM Cost Compare is run by Kris Millar, a sole trader in the UK, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC287985. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Kris. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
What the site is
A guide to the prices CRM providers publish on their own websites. We copy each figure from a pricing page and date it. We don't test the tools, and a low price here isn't a recommendation. Nothing on the site is advice about which tool to choose. Providers change their prices and plans, so always check the price with the provider before you buy. Our estimates use published prices only and are a guide, not a quote. How we compare.
Accuracy and corrections
We take care to copy prices correctly and recheck them monthly, but a figure can be out of date or wrong. If you spot one, email us with the page and what's changed. We aim to reply within two working days and fix confirmed errors.
Links
Links to providers take you to websites we don't run, and we aren't responsible for their content, prices or terms. Affiliate links, when we have any, are labelled and marked as sponsored. See how we make money.
Reusing our data
The price data and CSV are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0. Please credit CRM Cost Compare with a link.
Our liability
The site is free to use and we provide it as it is. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on it, for a provider's service, or for prices that have changed since we checked them. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under UK law. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your legal rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
